**RV without hookups -dry camping with Dump Station access (water fill is an additional $5)
$30 per night for 1 or 2 people- extra guests and pets are an additional fee (see below)
**RV Partial hookups (Electricity- 20, 30, or 50 AMP & water + Dump station access- no sewer connection)
(only 6 sites, site length is 30 Feet max.)
$45 per night for 1 or 2 people
**RV Full hookups (Electricity-20, 30 or 50 AMP, water & sewer)
$55 per night for 1 or 2 people
**Additional People & Pets:
Extra-person ages 13 and up in RV: $10 per person, per night
Children 2 - 12 years in RV: $5 per child, per night
Friendly, leashed pets:
Pets- $5/pet for 1 to 5 days, after day 5, the fee is $1/pet/per day
All RV rates are based on 2 persons, fees for extra persons will be added to your reservation when you book or at check-in.
Pets will be added and paid for at check-in if not added to your reservation at the time of booking.
Please Note: American Express is not accepted through our online booking engine. Please use Visa or Mastercard to avoid errors with your booking.

Safety notice for all guests:
Upon check-in, we will make copies of all adult guests’ IDs for everyone 18 years and older.
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult & we must document the first/last names of everyone.
EACH SITE IS ALLOWED A MAXIMUM OF 6 PERSONS
We need the Make/Model/Plate # & state for all vehicles. These details will be added during your reservation booking. License plate details can be emailed to us before your arrival to save time at check-in. Please let us know on your reservation in the Plate # field if you need to send us that info at a later time.
If you anticipate arriving late (after 8 PM), please email us to set up special arrangements.
We reserve the right to ask anyone that does not wish to comply to leave.

~Tent camping is not permitted in RV sites due to damage to underground irrigation.~
Same-day reservations must be booked in person before the office closes that day.
Sites will be first come, first served without reservation.
Some of our RV sites DO NOT have sewer connections and must use a dump station.
ALL VEHICLES MUST DISPLAY CORRECT CAMP REGISTRATION TAGS WHILE ON THE PREMISES.
Sorry, there is no swimming in the fishing lake, and we do not have a swimming pool
Wi-Fi is provided by a separate company and charges a service fee for its use.
We do not control the rates, speed, or troubleshooting of the service.

PAYMENT IS DUE UPON RESERVATION BOOKING.
IN THE EVENT THAT YOU DO NOT ARRIVE FOR YOUR RESERVATION, NOR ALERT US TO ANY CHANGES IN THE ALLOTTED TIME FRAME, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR YOUR STAY.
A $10 PROCESSING FEE WILL BE WITHHELD FROM THE REFUND TOTAL.
OUR RATES & POLICIES MAY CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
TO ADD EXTRA PEOPLE TO YOUR RESERVATION, BE SURE TO ADD THEM BEFORE SEARCHING FOR YOUR REQUESTED DATE. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PAY FOR ANY EXTRA GUESTS & PETS NOT LISTED ON THE RESERVATION.
