REFUNDS MUST BE REQUESTED BY EMAIL NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS AFTER YOU BOOK YOUR SITE(S). AFTER 30 DAYS, YOU WILL ONLY HAVE THE OPTION TO CHANGE THE DATES OR TRANSFER THE RESERVATION TO A DIFFERENT PERSON, AND YOUR REQUEST MUST RECEIVED BEFORE 8 AM PST ON THE DATE OF YOUR EXPECTED ARRIVAL. A 4% PROCESSING FEE WILL BE WITHHELD FROM THE REFUND TOTAL.
If booking less than 30 days from your expected arrival, we must receive the refund request by 8 AM on the date of your expected arrival to implement any changes.
